ST. PETERSBURG — The Tampa Bay Rays have introduced fan promotions for the 2016 baseball season that include rewards, an exclusive lounge for season ticket holders and weekday ticket specials they hope will attract more television viewers to the ball park.
The promotions package released Monday includes reduced single-game ticket prices for kids under 14, high school and college students 18 and up, seniors 60 and up, and free tickets for veterans and active military members. It also includes $2 hot dogs at every Wednesday home game.
The Rays open the season April 3 at Tropicana Field.
