For those who have been following this series, you’ll know that in the last iteration, the decision was made to skip full breakdowns on third base and second base because Evan Longoria and Ben Zobrist, respectively, so dominated those positions in Rays history.
The story is the same in left field for Tampa Bay, as Carl Crawford owns the top six seasons by rWAR, and seven of the top eight by fWAR, in franchise history. Again, it’s almost certainly a matter of picking which is your favorite Crawford season.
