Yonnys first ”official” start was good but not great. He seemed as if he was missing his spots, but only walked Joe Mauer (twice) and struck out 6. He did give up a home run to Eduardo Escobar and an RBI single to the previous game’s grand slam hitter Eddie Rosario after a Dozier single and Mauer walked.
