Although the Tampa Bay Rays (32-43) are last in the AL East and are coming off an 11-game losing streak (which they snapped on Monday night against the Boston Red Sox), president of baseball operations Matt Silverman said that he isn't ready to label the team as "sellers" and remained supportive of manager Kevin Cash amidst the team's struggles this season.
"There's going to be time to cross that bridge when we come to it. Right now, there's a lot of baseball to be played between now and the deadline," Silverman told Roger Mooney of the Tampa Bay Times.
