Missed opportunities plague Rays in loss

ST. PETERSBURG -- The Rays dropped the finale of a two-game Interleague set against the Braves on Wednesday, losing 5-2 at Tropicana Field.

Tampa Bay's offense was held scoreless for seven innings before Wilson Ramos delivered with a two-out, two-run single off Braves reliever A.J. Minter in the 8th inning. With the base hit, Ramos extended his league-leading hitting streak to 16 games.
