The Seattle Mariners have place shortstop Jean Segura on the 10-day DL with a right high ankle sprain.
Segura was hurt in Thursday's game against the Colorado Rockies on a slide into second base in the fourth inning.
Nelson Cruz was also hurt in that game, but returned to the lineup at DH for Friday's game vs. Tampa Bay Rays.
