Guyer sparks Rays past White Sox

ST. PETERSBURG — Brandon Guyer had four hits and Alex Colome recorded his first career save as the Rays beat the White Sox 3-2 on Sunday for their second win in as many games.

Matt Moore earned his first victory of the season. He struck out 10 and allowed two runs in 6 1/3 innings.

Steve Pearce doubled home Guyer in the first inning to give the Rays the early lead. Guyer made it 2-0 with an RBI single in the third that scored Logan Forsythe. Guyer then scored from second base when Logan Morrison reached on an error.
