TORONTO -- Carlos Gomez was still upset Friday, a day after he was ejected from Thursday night's game in Toronto.
Gomez was unhappy with a called third strike with the bases loaded in the sixth inning. The pitch was a borderline call that appeared to touch the inside part of the plate, according to Statcast™.
"I had bases loaded, it's going to be like 3-2," Gomez said. "With the bases loaded, what is the percentage that I'm going to get a strike? Like more than 90 percent.
