Forsythe collects 3 hits, exits with groin tightness

BALTIMORE -- Rays second baseman Logan Forsythe had to leave Tuesday night's game against the Orioles due to tightness in his left groin.

Forsythe had just collected his third hit of the night in the top of the fifth when the Orioles made a pitching change. At that point, Rays manager Kevin Cash and one of the Rays' trainers visited Forsythe on the field.

Forsythe remained in the game and scored on Brandon Guyer's double, but he left prior to the bottom half of the inning and was replaced at second base by Tim Beckham.
