FOCO will be producing 221 versions of the awesome bobblehead, with plans to officially launch the item to commence at 10:00 A.M. EST, on Thursday, August 5th. The bobblehead depicts Franco during his highly anticipated big league debut with Tropicana Field serving as the base. Meanwhile, the classic Devil Rays logo stands a backdrop behind the wunderkind.
