I am crazy about visiting other stadiums. As someone who lives in a city without a major league team, I need to travel for my dose of live baseball, so I like to plan my annual vacations around seeing new stadiums. Every summer I head off to a new locale and plan a route that will find me the most new parks along the way. As a result I’ve been to 17 of the current MLB stadiums, with a handful of new ones to come this summer.
This means I’ve seen some of the most loved (Dodgers Stadium, Oracle Park) and the most loathed (Oakland Coliseum, Tropicana Field — which I will defend to the death).
