Prior to that list’s debut, the Community here at DRaysBay voted throughout the offseason to determine our own Top-40, with individual player voting for the top thirty names, as managed annually by Scott Grauer. You can find the results of that list here:
One interesting exercise each offseason is to see where the Community and Masthead differed in our rankings for the Rays farm system.
