Triple-A Durham Bulls (29-22)
The Durham Bulls fell to the Rochester Red Wings 5-2. Chih-Wei Hu got the start for Durham on the mound. He allowed five runs in 5.0 innings including homers to AAA ringers Kennys Vargas and Chris Carter. The Bulls were held scoreless until the bottom of the ninth. Jake Bauers walked and Justin Williams singled to start the threat. Then two runs scored with two outs on a Nick Gordon throwing error on an Adam Moore grounder to shortstop.
