AL All-Stars

An All-Star for the sixth straight season, Sale is making his second straight start for the AL. In five All-Star innings, Sale has given up two earned runs, including a solo homer to Kris Bryant last year. He picked up the win in 2013.

Max Scherzer, RHP #31

The Nats’ ace has followed his second Cy Young season with an even better first half. Scherzer uses a high-velocity, five-pitch arsenal to slice through lineups at an elite rate. His 457 strikeouts over the past two seasons are the most in the bigs.
