TV ratings again strong for Bolts-Blackhawks Game 6

Monday’s Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final, in which the Chicago Blackhawks clinched the series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, delivered another round of strong overnight ratings for NBC and Bay area affiliate WFLA-TV.

In the 8-11 p.m. block, the game scored a 2.6 among the 18- to 49-year-old group coveted by advertisers, best among the broadcast networks, according to Nielsen Co. That equates to about 7.6 million viewers.
