According to a press release from the Washington Capitals, the Rookie Tournament that was to be held in Estero, FL on September 9 - 12 is canceled due to the approach of Hurricane Irma:

The 2017 Prospect Tournament, featuring the Washington Capitals, Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning and Nashville Predators, at Germain Arena in Estero, Fla., has been canceled due to the incoming hurricane expected to affect the region.

The Florida Panthers organization has also announced that they are pulling out of the tournament:
