Just when can/will everyone - the fans, the club, and Marty - start to make it better?

- The Beatles, Hey Jude, 1968

There's a growing reputation for my music interest, and those close to me know that the Beatles had a profound influence on my life. The opening lyric of the verse cited above from the band's smash #1 single from the summer of 1968 was penned by Paul McCartney as he traveled to see John Lennon's son, Julian, to assuage the child as his parents were in the middle of divorce proceedings (check out some of the song facts, the song originally began as "Hey Jules"), The song is about encouragement, the verses that follow the lead turn it into a story about love.
