“We lost in a sudden-death shootout,’’ Stamkos said. “Guys would go at the same time. If one guy scored, then they won. Johnny (Tavares) missed, actually. My dad was the coach and he picked Johnny over me. So you can tell him that he blew our 50-0 record.’’
