Lightning recall Kristers Gudlevskis, Mike Angelidis; reassign Andrei Vasilevskiy

TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled goaltender Kristers Gudlevskis and center Mike Angelidis from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League today, vice president and general manager Steve Yzerman announced. Tampa Bay also reassigned goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy to the Crunch.

Gudlevskis, 23, has appeared in one game with the Lightning this season, a 1-0 overtime loss against the Chicago Blackhawks on October 24 at United Center. The 6-foot-3, 218-pound goaltender was the game’s third star, making 31 saves on 32 shots. He’s played in two career NHL games, both with Tampa Bay, registering a 1.
