Tyler Johnson was the hero again Wednesday night, his dramatic winning goal with 1.1 seconds left in Game 3 against Montreal will likely forever live in Lightning lore.
But, for the second time during these playoffs, it was defenseman Victor Hedman who set the All-Star center up with a spectacular pass, much like he did on the overtime winner in Game 4 against Detroit.
"He seems to able to find Johnny on the spot," wing Brenden Morrow said.
Hedman, 25, continues to emerge as one of the league's top defensemen, and says he's at his best when he's up in the rush, making plays with his speed and skill.
