NEW YORK — He stayed on the ice after the Lightning practiced Sunday. Why not? There’s little reason to believe 20-year-old rookie Jonathan Drouin will register anything but his 12th healthy scratch of the playoffs when the Lightning play the Rangers tonight in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals. He’ll be a spectator, again.
“Definitely frustrating,” Drouin said. “Anybody will tell you, if they’re not in the lineup, they want to be in. You obviously want to be in, but, again, we’re winning.
