Tampa Bay Lightning
TAMPA — The Lightning are playing it loose.
They are saying the right things.
But actions speak louder than words.
After grabbing a 3-0 series lead against Montreal in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinals, Tampa Bay finds itself feeling the heat after two consecutive losses.
Now, to avoid becoming a footnote in NHL history, the Lightning must find a way to eliminate the Canadiens in Game 6 on Tuesday at Amalie Arena.
“We are coming back home in front of our fans that deserve (to see) us play a good game and hopefully get a big win in front of them,” Lightning captain Steven Stamkos said.
