Anthony Cirelli re-signed to a 3-year, 4.8M AAV contract

The news we’ve been waiting for is here. In an attempt to clear his task list before the year is out, Julien BriseBois has re-signed Anthony Cirelli to a three-year contract at $4.8M AAV. This would not have been possible without Nikita Kucherov going on LTIR for a hip injury, but JBB still has a bit to go (around $2M over) before the Tampa Bay Lightning are cap compliant to start the season.

After signing Cirelli to 3 year deal with an AAV of $4.8M, we now show the #Lightning with a projected salary cap of $93,191,666 based on a roster of 22 players.
