Amalie Arena has a contingency plan in the works for “Disney on Ice” fans should the Tampa Bay Lightning reach the next round of the NHL playoffs and host games next week.
An announcement won’t come until second-round playoff series are complete and the NHL arranges a schedule for the conference finals, Lightning spokesman Bill Wickett said.
“Disney on Ice Presents Frozen” is scheduled for seven performances at the arena May 14 to 17.
The Lightning lead their best-of-seven series against the Montreal Canadiens 3-0, needing one more victory to clinch.
