Despite their week 1 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had plenty of issues in their first game of the 2025 season. Among them was the pass rush, which head coach Todd Bowles called out after the game.
According to Buccaneers' reporter Scott Smith, Bowles said after the game that the team left sacks on the field.
The team finished with just one sack, courtesy of Haason Reddick. However, they struggled to generate pressure for most of the game against Penix, who proved to be quite the elusive target.
