Tampa Bay Buccaneers cut running back Shaun Wilson

Just a couple hours ago, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they had waived second year running back Shaun Wilson. Wilson was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Duke by the Buccaneers one year ago after a productive collegiate career.

During his college career Wilson tallied a total of nearly 2,500 yards and 18 touchdowns during four years as a contributor at Duke. He added 81 catches out of the backfield for 725 yards and six touchdowns as well. A dual-threat back, the Buccaneers had hoped to find a gem on the UDFA market.
