Should the Buccaneers give Ryan Griffin a shot in 2020?

Quarterback Ryan Griffin Has been here as long as Jameis Winston, but only played in one drive, in 2019 (which was his first in a regular season game, against the Colts). I don’t figure that many Bucs fans really know much about the man.

After all, it’s not like they have had much of a reason to know. In pre-seasons he has looked fairly sharp to very good. It has never translated into playing time of more than two passes on one drive, and that was only because Blaine Gabbart was out for the season.

There isn’t much out there to learn about Griffin in the NFL (he was signed by the Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2013, In 2015 claimed off wavers by the Bucs).
