According to Gil Arcia of BucsBlitz.com, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have already informed “at least three” of their current players that Jameis Winston will be the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft.
Bucs source says players were informed that Winston will be their selection. Source also said that he was still in town as of this afternoon

Over the last few weeks, Winston ending up with the Buccaneers has become the worst kept secret in the upcoming draft. Every now and then, head coach Lovie Smith has made a remark defending Jameis’ past or general manager Jason Licht has come to bat for the former Florida State quarterback, hinting at what direction the team was headed with the top pick.
