Options Exercised on Conte, Dotson, Robinson

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may add to their 2018 roster when free agency starts next week, but before that they wanted to make sure some of their own valuable contributors stuck around. On Wednesday, the Buccaneers announced that they have exercised the one-year options remaining on the contracts for tackle Demar Dotson and safeties Chris Conte and Josh Robinson.

Conte and Robinson both signed new contracts last spring that contained the 2018 option year for the team. Dotson's current deal originated in 2016 and includes one-year options for both 2018 and 2019; the Buccaneers picked up the 2018 year on Wednesday and will subsequently have the option for 2019.
