Former Florida State quarterback Danny Kanell, now a college football TV analyst, has a suggestion for the Broncos in today's AFC Championship Game against the Patriots.
Hit Tom Brady, hard. If it's after the whistle, so be it.
Kanell said Friday on his ESPN radio show that it would be worth a couple of penalties.
"I think they have to have two personal foul calls, like 15-yarders against Brady," Kanell said. "I almost feel like this is the type of game where you have to send a message like in the first and second quarter, the first half, hit him a couple of times where it's a little past the whistle.
