Even though (veterans) training camp is on the horizon, it’s never too late to make roster moves in the NFL.
The Buccaneers made some moves of their own on Monday, placing quarterback Nick Fitzgerald on the Active/Non-Football Injury list and four players on the Active/Physically Unable To Perform list.
Linebacker Jack Cichy, safety Justin Evans, outside linebacker David Kenney and wide receiver Xavier Ubosi were placed on the Active/Physically Unable To Perform list.
Cichy is recovering from a torn ACL suffered in the 2018 matchup against the Browns and Evans has been dealing with a toe injury that has kept him on the sidelines for most - if not all - of the offseason.
