Jordan Matthews returns for the Bills against the Buccaneers

The Buffalo Bills will get wide receiver Jordan Matthews back with a broken thumb today, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. The Bills play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Matthews missed the last two weeks with a thumb injury, but is still their most prolific wide receiver. Tight end Charles Clay and running back LeSean McCoy have more receiving yards, but the former’s been ruled out for today’s game—which means the Bills desperately needed Matthews back.

Matthews joined the Bills this season after three years with the Philadelphia Eagles, though he hasn’t brought them that much production yet.
