The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached an important crossroads in the history of their team. This upcoming offseason will have implications that last for years to come and if it is handled poorly many more losing seasons should be expected. If the Bucs hope to be a successful team they need to continue to keep Jameis at the helm for the time being.
This is a very tough pill to swallow for Bucs fans and rightfully should be. Jameis’ talent is undeniable yet he has already thrown 18 interceptions this season and will likely throw more. This style of football is unsustainable of course, but it is not totally on the shoulders of Jameis.
