For the Bucs backfield, three heads are better than one

The days of the bell cow back are coming to an end. Just look around the league. You can probably count the number of teams who use the same running back for all three downs on one hand, two max. A committee split among two or even three players is the future of the league and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers should embrace this style of play with open arms.

Why debate whether Doug Martin or Charles Sims should get the bulk of the work? Even though I think about this all the time, why wonder if Bobby Rainey will continue to get overlooked by the coaching staff?
