In today’s ComPewter Analysis, we take a look at where Jameis Winston stands halfway through the last year of his rookie deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With just eight games left in the season, Winston must prove to general manager Jason Licht and head coach Bruce Arians that he is worthy of a contract extension to stay with the pewter and red beyond this season.
So far we have seen just about the same consistency out of Winston that has been prevalent over the past four seasons: none. He has had two great games, a few decent games, and a handful of bad games as well.
