Tampa Bay showed the type of fight on Monday night that we hadn’t seen from this franchise in a long time. However, the Buccaneers also displayed the same sort of mistakes in the first half that have been frustrating fans for years.
A valiant comeback effort fell just short late in the fourth quarter after a three and out from the offense. With three timeouts and a chance to get the ball back, Tampa Bay’s defense faltered and allowed Pittsburgh to pick up a few first downs and ice the game.
