The full list of inactive players for the Buccaneers and Ravens has been released. We already knew that DeSean Jackson would miss his third straight game and safety Justin Evans would miss yet again. Linebacker Adarius Taylor will also miss to be there for the birth of his child.
As for the Ravens, reports all week were that Joe Flacco would ride the bench in favor of rookie Lamar Jackson.
