TAMPA, Fla. -- On the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' first day in pads, safety J.J. Wilcox made his presence known.
He jumped a route on a Ryan Griffin pass intended for O.J. Howard, diving for an interception amid steady rainfall. It was Wilcox's second pick of camp, with the first also coming off Griffin on a pass that bounced off the hands of Freddie Martino.
Wilcox had also leaped up into the air to break up a pass intended for Howard -- no small task for a 6-footer trying to match up against Howard's gargantuan 6-foot-6 frame.
