Find a wide receiver: It's imperative that the Bucs not only find a replacement for Vincent Jackson, but also bring some speed to the offense, which means they should not only address wide receiver in free agency but also in the draft. DeSean Jackson would bring some sizzle to the offense, and he already has a relationship with quarterback Jameis Winston, who has made it known how much he'd love to have Jackson.
