TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers players and coaches know that they've dug themselves into a deep hole after dropping four straight games. And while coach Dirk Koetter has said, "All it takes is one win to get over this hump," he doesn't want players focusing on the wins themselves. When they gathered Wednesday for the start of their game preparations for the New Orleans Saints, he told them to instead focus on consistency.
"We've got to play good football on a more consistent basis. Once we do that, the wins will come," said Koetter, whose Bucs are 2-5 and last in the NFC South.
