The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today the team has signed cornerback De’Vante Harris and linebacker Kevin Minter. The team also announced that cornerback Javien Elliott has been waived.
Harris (5-11, 190) spent time with Tampa Bay earlier this season. He spent the previous two seasons (2016-17) playing for the New Orleans Saints. The Mesquite, Texas native entered the league as a college free agent with New Orleans in 2016. He has played in 21 career games, with one start, registering 24 tackles, three passes defensed, one fumble recovery and six special teams tackles.
