The initial injury report for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Week 12 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers released on Wednesday.
Tampa Bay had a long list of injuries. Star players on both sides of the ball landed on the list. Most of the players who didn’t participate in Wednesday’s practice were on the defensive side of the ball.
Tampa Bay’s secondary enters the week extremely banged up. M.J. Stewart, Justin Evans and Jordan Whitehead didn’t practice. There’s still plenty of time for them to return to practice, but even third-string quarterback Nick Mullens will be able to torch the secondary with that many injuries.
