The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that linebacker and special teams captain Kevin Minter as well as practice squad wide receiver Travis Jonsen have been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
In addition, the team has released cornerback Herb Miller from its practice squad and signed outside linebacker Elijah Ponder to the team’s practice squad.
Ponder (6-3, 275) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Buccaneers this past offseason and spent the 2021 training camp and preseason with Tampa Bay prior to being waived Aug.
