The news hasn’t been new for a few days now, but the signing of Leonard Fournette by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was made official on Sunday night.
As you can see in the photoshopped picture created by Fournette’s agency, RockNation Sports, the new running back will wear No. 28 for the Bucs. The number, once worn by franchise great Warrick Dunn, is returning to the offensive side of the ball after last being worn by Vernon Hargreaves Jr.
The fourth-year running back has a lot of catching up to do as he joins the team after training camp has wrapped, and is preparing to face the defending NFC South Champions this coming Sunday.
