Buccaneers lose Luke Goedeke to another injury at the worst possible time in Week 2

As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers geared up for a Week 2 showdown with the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football, fans were happy to see Luke Goedeke suited up for the first time this season. Unfortunately, Goedeke's return to the lineup didn't last long, as the starting right tackle aggravated his foot during the Bucs' second drive. He's been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Goedeke signed a four-year extension with the Bucs in the offseason and there were high hopes for him to help anchor this o-line in his fourth pro season. The second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft has battled injuries throughout his career but started all 17 games in 2023 and double-digit games last year.
