The Tampa Bay Buccaneers endured as frustrating a season as possible this year. After starting off the season with a 6-2 record, the Buccaneers lost seven of their next nine games. A win over the Carolina Panthers this past weekend wasn't enough to clinch the division. Instead, they needed to rely on the New Orleans Saints to defeat the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, which didn't happen. Now, the Buccaneers are sitting at home while the Panthers are in the playoffs for the first time in 10 years.
As the Buccaneers' season entered a free fall, the fanbase had been calling for head coach Todd Bowles' job.
