Buccaneers: “Extra Points”: A week 5 to week 6 review

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers played a fairly good game in week five against the New England Patriots at home and in fact should have won if their kicker could make a field goal, but instead lost a close one 19-14. The Patriots were averaging 32.3 points per game (most in NFL) at the time and were held to just 19 points by the Buccaneers defense, and Brady threw his first interception of the season to Buccaneers rookie safety Justin Evans.

Now granted Brady did complete 75% of his passes for 303 yards but only had one touchdown, so all in all the Buccaneers defense did a pretty good job against the Pats and again should have won.
