Above is Dirk Koetter being introduced as the next Buccaneers’ head coach. He inherits a team with a good young quarterback and an explosive offense, which he spent much of 2015 helping formulate. The defense wasn’t bad, but did have its struggles, and they have several holes to fill across the board.

But as we have discussed in the past, all is not lost. There were several strong performances in 2015, and ones that Bucs Nation have every reason to be excited about. This is a talented young team that will contend for the division sooner rather than later.
