Tampa Bay Buccaneers' head coach Bruce Arians is being recognized by the Women's Sports Foundation as the Champion for Equality honoree in 2020.
For his work fostering inclusion on the field, sidelines and in the league, and for his commitment to growing grassroots participation for girls in football, the Women's Sports Foundation is excited to announce Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians as the 2020 Champion for Equality honoree.
The award will be presented with WSF founder Billie Jean King.
The WSF would go on to point out that Arians has assembled the most gender diverse staff in the NFL, being the first coach to hire two female full-time assistant coaches.
