The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are likely to miss Brent Grimes for the second consecutive. The cornerback missed today’s practice with a shoulder injury after head coach Dirk Koetter declared earlier this week that next game may be too soon for his return.
Aside from Grimes, the Bucs also held wide receiver Adam Humphries out of practice with a rib injury. It’s not clear how serious that injury is, nor whether it’s likely to keep him out of Sunday’s game. Humphries’ role has been reduced this year, though, and the Bucs have the depth at receiver to compensate for his potential absence, particularly with Chris Godwin.
